Freshwater Pearl Necklace – Large: Black

 

Freshwater pearls are noted for their wide range of shapes, sizes and colors. The different colors are due to the mussel species, the position of the pearl in the shell, genetics, the water quality and the elements. Each Freshwater pearl generates different characteristics of their own. They are seldom perfectly round, more often than not – they are baroque or wings.

 

Approximate size of each large pearl is about 12mm.
